How do I register for the Introduce a Friend programme?
After your friend has registered your details, you will receive an email inviting you to join Sky TV. Simply follow the steps on this email to join Sky TV.
How do I become eligible for the Introduce a Friend offer?
You must be a brand new Sky TV customer and your friend needs to be a current subscriber to Sky TV. In order for you both to be eligible for the offer, you must have Sky TV successfully installed in your home and your account activated. The Introduce a Friend offer can only be taken up if you join Sky TV by calling the number we send to you via email. You cannot take advantage of the offer if you purchase Sky TV via any other means e.g a retail outlet.
My friend recently recommended me to Sky; will my friend know if I have joined?
For your friend to claim their gift, they will need to call us with their and your Sky contract numbers once you have joined Sky TV. You will need to let them know when you have joined Sky TV and give them your Sky contract number.
When will my Sky+ or Sky+ HD box arrive?
When you call us to join Sky TV we will agree a day with you when we can come and install your Sky+ or Sky+ HD box. You will receive your Sky+ or Sky+ HD box on installation of Sky TV.
Is there an alternative to the advertised gift?
No. You will be supplied with the Introduce a Friend gift(s) available at the date your friend submitted your details. If there is a choice of gifts, your friend will choose the gift you both receive.
