Is there a limit to how may friends I can introduce to Sky TV?

No, you can introduce as many friends as you like and receive a gift for each friend who joins Sky TV. Some gifts are limited to one per household. If this is the case, we will offer you an alternative.


Will my friends know that I have introduced them to Sky TV?

Yes, your name will appear on the email they receive. You can click the 'Preview' button on the website to see the email your friend will receive.


How will I know if my friends have joined Sky TV?

You will need to find out your friend's Sky contract number so that you can register to claim your gift. You will have to keep in touch with your friend so you know when they have joined Sky. We will not contact you to let you know that this has happened, although we do tell your friend to let you have their details when they join. Once you call us on 08702 412 939 to register you will need to give us both your and your friend's details. Once your friend has been installed and their Sky account has been activated, we will send you a letter telling you how to organise the installation of your free Sky+ box or Sky+ HD Box for £75 (standard set-up for existing customers £60), or if you prefer, we will organise the delivery £50 M&S vouchers.


When will my gift arrive?

When you friend's Sky has been installed and their Sky account has been activated, you will receive a letter telling you how to organise your Sky+ or Sky+ HD box installation. The standard set-up cost of the Sky+ or Sky+ HD box for existing customer is £60. Or if you prefer, we will organise the delivery of your £50 M&S vouchers. Most of the time your vouchers will arrive within about 14 days but please allow up to 28 days.


What if I forget to claim my gift?

Once you have your friend's Sky contract number you must register your and your friend's contract number by 30 September 2008 by calling 08702 412 939 to take up the offer. Once your friend has been installed and their Sky account has been activated we will send you a letter how to organise the installation of your Sky+ or Sky+ HD box. You must ring anytime before 31 October 2008 to organise your installation to receive this gift. Alternatively, if you choose £50 M&S vouchers we will organise to send your gift. After these dates mentioned above you won't be able to take advantage of this offer. Most of the time your vouchers will arrive within 14 days but please allow a maximum of 28 days. If you haven't received your gift please email your name, postcode, email address (the one you used when you referred your friend) and Sky contract number and your friend's details to iafqueries@bskyb.com


What if my gift fails to arrive?

If you have registered your and your friend's Sky contract numbers, and your friend's Sky has been installed and their Sky account has been activated, and you have not received your letter organising your Sky+ or Sky+ HD box installation, or alternatively your £50 M&S vouchers within 28 days, please email your name, postcode, email address (the one you used when you referred your friend) and Sky contract number and your friend's details to iafqueries@bskyb.com and we'll look into this for you.


Is there an alternative to the advertised gift?

No. You will be supplied with the gift available with the offer you took up.
